SimplyArb Tree Consultants Ltd was established in 2017 by Craig Taylor.

 

With over 20 years experience in Arboriculture and Horticulture, Craig brings a wealth of experience and depth of knowledge to all projects. ​Craigs experience comes from working in the UK and New Zealand in project management, contract management and consulting roles.

 

Craig worked for 6 years in local authority as the Christchurch City Council tree officer overseeing the Arboricultural aspect of the central city redevelopment in Christchurch and the surrounding suburbs including working with Otakaro on the Avon River Precinct and the Victoria Square projects. 
 

Through Craig's involvement in local authority, Craig has an in depth knowledge of councils requirements, policies and guidelines.

Craig has a strong desire to ensure that all projects are brought to a timely fruition through:

• Having an in-depth knowledge in Arboriculture;

• Having an in-depth knowledge in local government legislation such as district, city and regional plans, policies and guidelines and is familiar with councils requirements;

• Applying a common sense, pragmatic and methodical approach to projects; and

• Has a strong commitment to open dialogue with a client focused vision to ensure all projects are completed on time.
